  • Grab a tea bag or toss about a tablespoon of loose chamomile flowers into your cup. (Pro tip: a tea infuser makes cleanup a breeze if you’re using loose flowers.)
  • Pour the water over and let it steep for 5-10 minutes. Longer steeping = stronger flavor and more of those calming goodies.
  • Take out the bag or strain the flowers.
  • Make it your own—add honey for sweetness, a slice of lemon for zing, or even a pinch of cinnamon if you’re feeling fancy.
